Telarc Signs Singer-Songwriter Keri Noble

Telarc International, the Cleveland-based label, today announced the signing of singer-songwriter Keri Noble. The partnership will kick off with a six-song EP scheduled for release in the summer of 2008, followed by a yet-to-be-titled full-length recording scheduled for February 2009.
