Official Rules: Dear Mr. Sinatra Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
1. How to Enter: To enter, visit the Telarc.com website and fill out an online Sweepstakes form that includes name, email address and zip code. All online entries must be received by 11:59 P.M. Pacific Time on August 30, 2006. Follow the on-screen directions to fill out the entry form. Only one entry per person or household sharing the same email address.
2. Grand Prize:
Five (5) winners will receive one autographed CD of Dear Mr. Sinatra by John Pizzarelli.(ARV $15.99)
The odds of winning a prize are determined by the number of eligible entries.
3. Eligibility: Open only to individuals 18 years or older. Employees of Telarc International Corp., and each of their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional agencies, agents and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) are ineligible. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law.
4. General Conditions: By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Winner will be notified via email, phone, or mail on or about September 8,2006. The prize winner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within three (3) days following the date of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Entrants further grant to the Sponsor the right to use and publish their proper name and state of residence online, in print, and in any other media in connection with the Sweepstakes. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize won.
5. Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related material; stolen, incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected e-mail, or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. The sponsor is not responsible for any damage to any participant's computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute regarding any entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address). If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Internet portion of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes or any drawing(s) and may conduct a drawing and select a winner from among all entries received for that drawing prior to the action taken. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value.
